Pravin Lal
Indian Immigrant to the US Before its fall, and as the Coalition sought volunteers, Lal, a doctor by training and a surgeon with some skill, offered his skills in the efforts. His talent and dedication to the troops under his care would see him lead the 937th Combat Support Hospital as Commander until his retirement in 21XX.
Lal received the role of Police Commissioner after being one of the ground commanders who took on the restoration of the Pacific following the Battle of LA. Lal was a trained doctor and a surgeon before volunteering for service during the Mississippi Unification. Lal has been criticized for running the Pacific Police less like peacekeepers and more like occupying troops and for NuTAC's heavy-handed response to issues.
