Liberty Belle

Member of the Stars and Strips.

A NuType operating in the Philadelphia Badlands. Took inspiration from her home town. Has been an active member against UCAA moment into the area from the Great Lakes.

Later seen with Uncle Sam in Texas during the Operation Mississippi. Since the Battle of Odessa, she has often been seen with Lady Liberty.

Incredibly hardy NuType with mild strength increase, but also incredibly hardy, able to shrug off Anti-Material munition and explosive forces with easy.
