Alexander Uralvagonzavod

Alexander Uralvagonzavod was the former Czar of the URF, United Russian Frontier, but stepped down mysteriously after a disagreement resulted in the split of the Royal House.

Uralvagonzavod has become the Ambassador to the UCAA and has set up in the URF Embassy in Pacifica.

Uralvagonzavod is believed to be leading some criminal element, giving the people seen visiting the embassy, most of whom have some kind of criminal investigation tied to them, however, there is no way to secure a warrant for the locations under URF protection.
