Neper Climent (a.k.a. Napalm Nep, John Briggs)
A terrorist, Neper was active for a few months before being contracted to kill Kaori Elysium, and was believed dead after his failure. He secretly resurfaced and tried to get revenge, but was murdered before he could succeed.
Physical Description
General Physical Condition
Few people have seen Neper's true face due to the fact that he usually wears a primitive stone mask. His clothing choice when carrying out his operations or sending messages regarding his previous "works" consists of a plain cloak made from presumably a potato sack. While engaging in his front as the proprietor of Sandbox Garden, he is an unassuming looking florista-type flauna, the kind of person that no one would bat a second eye at. Perfect for his agenda.
Special abilities
Spore Manipulation- Neper is able to manipulate the vestigial spores that he can create in unique and dangerous ways. He is able to directly control where the trajectory of his spores as long as he is within a certain distance of them. The exact estimate of this distance is unknown but requires him to be fairly close. To compensate this, he is able to create a perfect miniature replica of himself from a single spore to act as a remote supervisor/overseer to his "art". During his attempted assassination attempt on Kaori Elysium, he discovered that he can meld his spores to another being's nervous system and experience their sensory information as if he himself were experiencing it firsthand. He was not able to test the full extents of this ability so the exact limits of its functions are unknown. He can also cluster spores together from his finger tips and fire them as arrows. Due to the size and nature of this power, Neper has impressive offensive and assassination potential but was stopped before he could fully shape his powers in that regard.

Professional Grade Explosives- Despite the destructive potential of Neper's spore abilities, their explosive aspects are not natural. He must infuse his spores with bombs before he carries out operations. How exactly he is able to do this is unknown and is a secret of his trade.

Personal history
Neper was an infamous terrorist who preached the virtues of anarcho-primitivism and evaded the law enforcement of Arbolisk for several months. After receiving a job from a mysterious client who paid him quite handsomely, he attempted his first political assassination with his target being Kaori Elysium. He was thwarted by the Jumpers and his life was ended when Blue came after him after Kaori survived the attempt.
Unbeknownst to anyone, Neper survived this attack, and modified himself with machinery to survive. He then went after Blue for revenge, but was killed by Yulius.

Social Aptitude
Neper is a paranoid and obsessive individual who views himself as the only one capable of "saving" Arbolisk from what he believes is an inevitable collapse from its own sociopolitical ideals. He strongly believes in the philosophy of anarcho-primitivism and believes that Agesians and Flauna in Arbolisk would benefit strongly from returning to a more natural way of living instead of what he views as mimicking the less than desirable ideals that humans brought to TGC with them. One of his fatal flaws is his desire for recognition and his dramatic flair, Neper wants all of his actions to be recognized as the sacrifices of a revolutionary savior and idealist against an oppressive world. He is stubborn and refuses to accept any worldview other than his own as right, believing that those who don't appreciate his work are just agents of the forces he is trying to topple. He has a tendency to use political terminology to insult his enemies. Despite his lofty ambitions, he is fairly shortsighted and has no long-term plans to convert others to his ideology beyond continuing his work.
