Avita Fisher is a young woman with hydrokinesis. She joined the Logic Crew when they ended up on Peacim after the Purge.

Ocean Drive
Avita's bread and butter. Her control over water is perfect and grants her the following abilities:
Water creation: She is able to create water from her hands. Note that because her powers came from an ocean spirit, the water she creates is salinated and therefore not safe for human consumption. She can manipulate fresh water, but not create it.
Hydrokinesis: Avita can do anything with water: fire it in jets, make it flow in any direction or even mold it into three-dimensional shapes. As a corollary, she is also able to control ice and water vapor, although not to the same extent. It is far easier for her to control liquid water.
Pressure control: Avita is able to control the exact pressure that water exerts on things. This grants her some unusual abilities, like the ability to walk on water.
Water breathing: Avita is capable of breathing underwater as long as her powers are active.
However, because she acts as a conduit for her power rather than its source, she has two major weaknesses:
Oil: Avita's primary weakness, and possibly the easiest to exploit. Avita is weak against hydrophobic substances: any substance that doesn't mix with water, such as oil or fat. If such a chemical gets on her hands, the Ocean Drive is suppressed and Avita loses the ability to manipulate water. She also loses any supplimentary powers, like the ability to breathe underwater. She gains these powers back as soon as the hydrophobic substance is removed.
Seafood: A lesser-known weakness. The Ocean Drive was granted to Avita by an ocean spirit on the one condition that she always respect the ocean. Eating seafood is a violation of that condition; thus, should she eat seafood, she will lose the power of the Ocean Drive until the seafood has passed through her system. This includes anything that has come from the sea: not only marine animals like fish, squid and crustaceans but also marine plants like seaweed. This rule only applies to saltwater food; she is able to eat freshwater fish (e.g. trout or carp) but the line is blurred with migratory fish. For instance, whether or not salmon will affect her depends on which part of its life cycle it was in when it was caught. To be safe, she usually avoids fish altogether.

Personal history
Raised on Calma, Avita always loved the ocean and its life. At 11, she joined a volunteer organization that regularly cleaned the beach. By 14, she had joined several environmental groups, writing letters to the council to act harsher against poachers and smugglers, and handing out leaflets to tourists to urge them to be aware of the ocean life.
When she was 17, she confronted a fishing yacht engaging in illegal oyster harvesting. They attempted to drown her, but the ocean spirit Nauterina protected her, giving her powers in exchange for her continuing service in protecting the oceans.
In 2004, on a trip off-planet, she encountered the Fidelis Society. They offered her a job, acting as bodyguard to the family. After some time in their service, she became their chief enforcer as well. She believed she was doing necessary work, until and encounter with Blue Logic, who informed her of their true work. Enraged, she attempted to kill the man in charge and to break their hold on her planet. She failed at both, and was forced to retreat to TGC.

Blue Logic: Avita holds Blue in high regard, and feels indebted to him for taking her in after she was betrayed by Fidelis.
Chaka Montgomory: She is a bit frustrated by Chaka's steadfast refusal to accept her into The Logic Crew. She would find him cute if it weren't for that stubborn nature of his.
Reamann: Avita still doesn't quite know what to make of Reamann. She's a bit bemused by him.
Mirii Logic: Avita is happy that Mirii was so quick to accept her into the crew. She worries a bit about Blue's absol, in particular her overly trusting nature.
Social Aptitude
An ambitious and forthright woman, Avita is known amongst those acquainted with her as a hard worker, and one who takes great pride in anything she does, or any organization she belongs to. Lazy days at The Gravity Core have dulled the meticulousness and efficiency that made her famous within The Fidelis Society; she is still, however, a highly organized person who instinctively takes control of situations. She has a tendency towards ruthlessness, a relic of her stint as chief enforcer of a crime syndicate that is slowly disappearing as she learns to care about people again.
