God of Summer

Overview

One of the Six renegade gods that tries to rebuild the world in their image without any influence from the original Two. Brings heat and energy to the world. Heat is its physical element and the focal point of its powers.
Appearance
The God of Summer hovers as a two limbed serpent with shifting and flickering skin mimicking flames. Its skin is colored three different shades of red. Though positioned as wings, Summer's two limbs are shaped more like three fingered arms. Its body is long and keeps a uniform girth from head to tail. The flame-like material along its skin serves as much of the god's design, with the only other features being a horn-like crest and large curved spines on its tail. Stretched out, Summer's body length is a few dozen feet long. Several metallic red lines run along all parts of its body
In stone form, it is no larger than two fists together. Five flame-like protrusions jut out from the central axis, which continue along the side as a sheet of flames circling the center. Metallic lines run along the surfaces of the stone. Like its body, Summer's stone form has three shades of red.

Plots, Pawns, and Goals
Created with more intelligence and a form closer to the Two than anything that had ever existed previously, the Six seek to break the normal cycle of creation and destruction so that they can live on, separate from what had existed before. Together they pooled their powers to crate the beginnings of what would become the world, for by creating something outside the scope of the Two, they and their creation would no longer be bound by the eternal cycle.
Summer was the second to act, injecting heat into the core of Strength's initial creation of a foundation of solid rock, fueling change in the new world. The remaining gods of the Six further shaped the world, building it and molding it to their liking. However, their efforts to remain totally separate from the Two were foiled when both Maker and Destroyer tainted the world with their elements, which removed full control of this new world from the Six.
Summer has granted a form of its power to many humans in the world in the form of magic, a weak force that these lucky humans are born with. Summer hopes that many weak, unbonded humans may help triumph against two strong, unbonded humans. Not bonding with any human also shields the god from the weakening affects of having to keep a human in peril alive. Summer has also granted a form of its power to Failers, though this is more a survival tool for that species than as a weapon against the other gods.
