Ut nuts

Ut nuts are the nuts from the Ut tree, a small shrubby tree that grows wild in the Ravenwood. The nuts are bland to taste but exceptionally nutritious - a handful can sustain a person for a day. They have always been a staple food of Dorwine’s Elven population and have gained in population as elves have slowly drifted into all the settlements of Dorwine.
To overcome the blandness the nuts are often roasted with spices.
