For almost the last 30 years it has been Bifford’s job to collect the history of Darknook. It is also his job to hold copies of all important town documents.
There is nothing much that has happened in Darknook that Bifford hasn’t forgotten.
Although his job is elected, Bifford always runs unopposed because most town folk enjoy his doddery stories
