Tharivol Ilphelkiir nominally remains the ruler of the elven empire of Formene, although now this has been reduced to little more than a walled village of scholars and mages. This status, however, has earned them a seat on The Council of Barons, although they hardly ever join the meetings. Instead, they prefer to stay in their valley conducting their own esoteric experiments and tending to their small community.
Tharivol Ilphelkiir is a potent spellcaster and their reputation for magic and the arcane is well-known throughout Dorwine. They are one of the county's most renowned sages.
