Palanc

Palanc was the proprietor of The Broken Snake, the least salubrious of Darknook's hospitality establishments. He was part of Bali's  necromantic cannibal cult and appears to have been murdered in his own tavern by Bali.

Killed by Bali . The Heroes of Darknook found the charred corpse of Palanc slumped over the burnt remains of his bar.
