Mary Greywhisker

Mary is Darknook's resident florist and town busybody. She is feared for her waspishness almost as much as her beautiful floral displays are admired by the locals. No-one is able to reconcile how such a poisonous personality is able to create such beautiful arrangements. 
If there is anything happening in the village Mary will be fishing for information and gossip as well as volunteering her opinions to all and sundry, whether they want it or not. Luckily for Mary, her son Dirk Greywhisker is the local postmaster and has his offices just across the road from his mother so she always has the latest information about comings and goings in the town right at hand.

Facial Features

Mary has several large moles on her face that sport long gray hairs. Darknookers are forever speculating whether she got her surname because of the whiskers or it was always that way. Longtime Darknook residents such as Melvawen might know but they refuse to be drawn into Mary's web of gossip.
