Legion of Gears
The School of Arcane Devices has some of Dorwine’s most dangerous materials and devices locked up inside its halls. If these devices were to find their way into the wrong hands the consequences could be terrible. Which is why the mages and artificers of the School manufactured their own elite defence force - the Legion of Gears.
These Warforged warriors serve as a defence force for the School, ceaselessly protecting its treasures, students and faculty. They also serve a second purpose; when rare and dangerous magic surfaces elsewhere in Dorwine, found by adventurers, miners or reckless mages the Legion are dispatched to recover or secure the items.
Each and every member of the legion is prototyped from their leader A1. Every member of the Legion is named by a letter, which represents its squad and a number, which represents its place within that unit.
