Faerchester Citadel is the seat of the Barony of Deehill. It is a castle, thousands of years old, built as a fort during one of the Civil Wars.

Alterations

The original ancient keep has been added to over the centuries but has never really escaped its brutalist aesthetic.

Architecture

The original keep was a pretty basic motte and bailey style keep that has been added to. It has always been more functional than beautiful but the Elven Barons have done their best to bring elegance to the interior
