A subculture of elves believed to have had inhabited the northern city of Talabre and believed to have once held knowledge relating the Age of Dusk.

Magic, both its study and integration into day to day life, seem to have been a major theme for the Tenebran.
Art & Architecture
The Tenebran were evidently a well developed society with much of Talabre being near perfectly preserved despite the city laying abandoned for supposed centuries with functional infrastructure and numerous murals offering insight into the lost culture.
Common Customs, traditions and rituals
Multiple murals and texts seem to make reference to some form of religious or spiritual observances practiced by the Tenebran. Sample texts include apparent praise and thanks being given to their gods for the magic they were able to use and prayers made for seasonal harvests.
Common Myths and Legends
Archaeological explorations of Talabre and the surrounding area have unearthed texts and even murals that allude to a "lifeless night" believed to be in reference to the Age of Dusk, indicating that the Tenebran knew of the event before they disappeared. Most scholars take this evidence to mean that the elves were aware of their impending end and tried in vain to prevent it. Others have postulated the possibility that Tenebran or a related people were somehow related to the origins the Dusk and responsible for the destruction the befell the world.
One of the reasons Talabre and the Tenebran are such great focuses of research is the hope that such knowledge may be able to come to aid should there ever be a second coming of the Age of Dusk.

Beauty Ideals
Amidst the sparce historical texts discovered in Talabre and surrounding areas, some apparent poems have survived the passage of time. Said poems highlight characteristics of the subject such as complimenting a woman's long hair or a man's physique. Sadly, more nuanced facets of what the Tenebran looked for in a lover are seemingly lost to time.
Courtship Ideals
Surviving accounts and works suggest that arranged marriages were the norm for Tenebran relationships or at least for the higher ranks of society.
