Necropolis of the Thousand Dragons

The Necropolis of the Thousand Dragons is a location in the Holy Dragon Empire where dragons go to fight on neutral grounds. Because dragons have affinities for specific elements, it would be foolish for anyone to fight in their rival's home. Instead, dragons who have unsolvable differences choose to head to the Necropolis in order to decisively win. Often, only one side of that confrontation comes out alive.
Because so many dragons choose to fight here, the ground is positively littered with draconic Husks, and it has absorbed so much blood that nothing can grow on it; it would have turned red, were it not for the amount of devastating dragon breaths that it took, ruining it and turning it pitch black.
These Husks are watched over by special Fleshcrafters that make sure that they are not stolen or destroyed, as many dragons would seek to destroy these Husks to stop their rivals from reincarnating. Some people from other nations have also attempted to steal said husks, and it is the Fleshcrafters' job to stop them. In essence, this necropolis is still a place for the dead, and so it must be given proper respect.
