Keepers of the Feather
Keepers of the Feather are a secret organization opposed to Strahd von Zarovich. Not strong enough by far to openly oppose Strahd and his allies they work behind the scenes gathering information and making precision moves to undermine Strahd's authority.
While many individual members of the Keepers of the Feather know little more than the people or places in Barovia they are meant to watch, the leadership of the keepers know nearly as much about the comings and goings of Barovia as Strahd himself.
The keepers of the feather are headquartered out of the Bluewater Inn in Vallaki, though prior to Urwin's leadership it was most recently run by Davian out of the Wizards of the Wines vinyard. Davian Martikov revealed the existance of the Keepers of the Feather as a debt for helping to secure the Wizards of the Wines winery as well as recovery of the green Fey gem.

Structure
The network is a loose network primarily of wereravens, but also some kenku ravens who were failures at controling their lycanthropy. The wereraven network also has several trained ravens who work as spies and messengers for the organization. Most of the wereravens in the network work completely independently of the rest of the Keepers of the Feather. Muriel Vinshaw regularly speaks with independent cells of of the Keepers and keeps Urwin updated.
