Forah
History
First Death
Born as a normal mortal girl to all appearances, she lived the first thirty-eight years of her life in a completely ordinary fashion. One day while walking towards her home, a fire had broken out in another home along the way. Forah rushed to join the efforts and help people out of the building, but ended up getting crushed as part of the building suddenly collapsed. When she next opened her eyes, she found herself curled into a little pocket of space, completely unhurt and with smoke rapidly filling her lungs. Darkness soon overtook her again as she struggled to breathe.Lone wanderer
Forah came to under a clear blue sky, lying on her back amongst green grass and dandelions. She got up and found herself in a landscape unlike any she had ever seen before - rolling green hills surrounded by forests, backed by mountains, and on the horizon the sight of a village of strange, wooden buildings. She met people quickly enough and over the next few days surmised that she was not only a long way to the south-east of her home, in the land between the rivers that feed Lake Edisul and almost a quarter of the way across the continent, but several hundred years in the past.A little careful and covert experimentation quickly showed her that any wounds she now gained would heal rapidly. Others would get sick as flu's and plagues came calling while she remained healthy.
First and Oldest
Although her travels, both voluntary and involuntary, brought her into contact with many people Forah experienced a deep and gnawing loneliness, whose teeth grew sharper as she grew older.Arshan
Forah walked alone for over a hundred years before Arshan appeared in her dreams. At first, she had no idea what they signified and she assumed he was merely a recurring character in her dreams and as their travel was not yet synchronised, she hadn't spotted him in the waking world. It ended up taking a few years. The third time they spotted each other, each demanded an explanation from the other. Quickly discovering that they were being brought to the same time and place, they decided to form a team.

It took some time for their relationship to smooth out. Forah regularly found herself frustrated as Arshan rushed headlong into trouble but she had a gift for talking them out of it again and she couldn't fault his motivations, which were largely to help others. Both possessed of fierce, intense personalities underpinned by kindness, Forah and Arshan found themselves sparking off each other rather than clashing and after more than 500 years have a level of coordination together that can be a wonder to behold.
Farvul
Forah is never quite sure whether spotting Arshan in the street or dreaming of Farvul was the greater shock. One immortal was strange enough, two seemed perfectly improbable but yet another, albeit more than a hundred years after the appearance of Arshan... It was at this point that Forah realised it was unlikely to stop even at three. Now that she and Arshan realised the significance of their dreams, they set out to find Farvul which, even when searching consciously, wasn't easy as their travel hadn't synchronised with his yet. By coincidence they initially ended up in several coastal and port towns, which made finding a specific Wendyn a challenge. When they found themselves in Lolussa at the foot of the Kynfesan Mountains however, Farvul stuck out like a sore thumb and was clearly in need of help. Initially Forah was planning to set him on his feet and for herself and Arshan hear some information about these new times they were travelling to, but he found a place in her heart before long. His intellect and cunning were obvious - he had managed himself stunningly well before given the circumstances - but he was also full of patience and kindness and a grim hopefulness. Despite how well he had been managing, the change did not come easily and Forah realised that any new immortal would need her help so she and Arshan took him permanently under their wings.
Farvul in turn opened new worlds for Forah with his knowledge of art and the perspective it gave him of the world. He gave her the tools to notice and interpret art and see its effects upon the world and it transformed her as she grew beyond basic appreciation of something beautifyl. She in turn taught him much about bodies and martial skills and immensely enjoyed the teaching.
Genevieve
Consequently it was not such a shock when they all dreamt of Genevieve some 250 years later. Indeed, it had been long enough that Forah began to wonder whether she had been wrong and it would always be just the three of them.

Immortals in Dlynaeth
There are now seven of them.Stranger still than being merely immortal is that they hop through time and space outside of their own control.
They are transported to roughly the same time and place initially, but once they start travelling together are fully synchronised.
Every time a new immortal manifests their powers (by dying for the first time) new stretches of time become available to them. They have never been transported beyond the nearest points of { continent or islands closest to Dlynaeth }. They suspect that maybe the rest of the world is inhabited by their own bands of immortals.
They don't know why they're immortal - their best guess is something fae since you can always come up with a vague connection to fae somehow.
Show spoiler
It's actually one of the gods who has caused their immortality. Although this implies of a level of premeditation and planning, it's unlikely either of these are actually particularly present.
