Hooker is a U.S. American Rogue active in Cape St. Joan. A member of Soma's Network, he is mostly active as an enforcer for the drug gang and often acts as their heavy hitter despite not being a Brute.

Physical Description

Special abilities

Hooker's superpower allows him to connect to objects in his direct vincinity. He can then accelerate these objects at any distance towards himself. Speculated limits include the total mass of manipulated objects and a limit on how far back the last contact with said object must have occured. In practice, Hooker uses this ability to turn mundane objects into projectiles, prevent opponents from escaping and delivering devastating damage at close range.

Apparel & Accessories

Hooker's costume is a modified atmospheric diving suit. Made fully of metal with only a few movable joints, it uses a combination of skates built into its footing and a ball bearing in a cage mounted on its back (in combination with Hooker's power) for movement. Attached to the arms are large harpoons with a hook at the end. The suit it presumed to incorporate some tinker tech.
This heavy armour allows Hooker to contend even with some Brutes in direct combat.

Personal history

Active since the 2000s, Hooker made his first known appearance as a member of a now defunct white supremacist rogue group in Gullford  and participated in multiple hate crimes, just barely remaining inside the confines of the Golden Rules. After the group was disbanded following the arrest of multiple leading figures, Hooker left for Cape St. Joan. The Übers failed to enlist him despite their efforts to do so.
In 2015, he eventually became the first super that Soma managed to recruit for her drug gang after splitting from The Crew.
He participated in the hunt for Jane Doe during "D-Day", but made no siginifiant contributions.
Five years later, he was arrested by the authorities after participating in the Battle in Wallace Street and incarcerated at Port Joan High Risk Detainment Center.
