Passive Super Intelligence - Whitley possesses an immensely high intellect with a recorded and verified IQ of 232. He is considered the 4th smartest man in the world. Active Technomancy - Whitley can telepathically interface with and control all technology that contains computer circuitry. To do this Whitley must first touch the device he wishes to interface with, after that he can remotely interface with the device with a range of up to 4 miles.

If Whitley is ever inclined to do so it is believed that he can easily crash most economies using his ability. Or take full control over a nation's infrastructure due to everything being connected in some way through the internet. This could lead to the death of millions if these functions come to a halt through agricultural failure or the failure of medical facilities. The only reason that Whitley is not ranked OMEGA Hilbert is that it is believed that he would be incapable of reaching a computer that controls nuclear payloads due to being on Government blacklists. Pleonastic Mutation

Whitley has a Pleonastic Mutation that causes his natural body temperature to rest at 127.5 °F. This means that at temperatures that most people would find comfortable, Whitley would find very cold. His Pleonastic Mutation causes him to wear winter gear all year long. Whitley often tells people that his white hair is a Pleonastic Mutation, but this is not true. His hair prematurely started turning white at age 33.
