    Anatomy

    Being a bush the plant has roots that are shallow with longer roots to keep itself rooted. The leaves are similar to pine trees with a fern-like texture. The plant's flowers pick blooms in the spring that has a sweet honey fragrance of honey foretelling the sweet light purple berries that come in the summer.

    Genetics and Reproduction

    The small seeds inside the berries are eaten by woodland creatures and are brought to new places to grow. An elf will plant a berry and tend to it to grow a new bush.

    Growth Rate & Stages

    After a seed or berry is planted it takes 6 to 8 weeks to grow into a full plant if the environment is well lite and watered. It will grow and produce fruit for 10 to 20 years in the wild and a bit longer domestic gardens longer still if magic is used to grow the plant. After the 10 to 20 years of production or longer depending on conditions is done the bush will stop producing fruit and will die.

    Ecology and Habitats

    This bush can be found near water in forests usually a river or stream that is not crowded with trees so that the sunlight and reach the bush.

    Dietary Needs and Habits

    It needs moderate light and to be watered at least once a day.

    Biological Cycle

    When the plant is full grown it will bloom in the spring with sweet-smelling pink flowers and in the summer it will produce berries which will then be used to make food and drink for a festival that is celebrated on that season. The plant is evergreen and so doesn't loss leaves.
    Conservation Status
    Olonni bushes can be found in the forests of Shinia naturally or in the gardens of many Light Elves throughout the world because of the popular berries that grow on them and with the right the pruning the plant can be ornamental as well.
