Author's Notes

The inclusion of COVID-19 came from the realization that I have some things planned on Earth during 2020 and that it would interesting to play around with how magical governments would handle the virus and how they would try and the world during the time of crisis. The main reason is that I thought it would be an interesting problem to work with.
