Holiday in Watersmeet
Went to find a quarry. Took a basic quest just in case.
General Summary
We heard about a quarry in the woods to the south of Direwold. The demonsbane Zim-Zima encouraged us to check it out. We decided it wouldn't take too long, and made plans for drinks at the Fall for later in the evening.
We got to the woods, but ended up bumping into some odd time-mage dude and his teen apprentice (who didn't really want to be there). The old man (who declined to give his name, something about 'all in good time'...) knew us and knew of our exploits! Disturbing.
We decided to head to Watersmeet, so that we could ask someone about the quarry and the time mage.
We had a nice little break, buying souvenirs and a lovely portrait. Lil bought some tents of dubious quality (with an excellent decoy plan they assured us). Then we had a little chat with the mayor kinda person (Big Dave). They didn't want to talk about the quarry OR the time mage. They were way more concerned with the lake being overrun by giant toads. We checked our mission - it's a match! So off we go to earn some more renown and gold and stuff!
