Mecarr

These biengs come in all sizes and shape and some have capabilties to 'morph'. They are very capable of moving around undetected. They have a high grade of conciousness and excellent ways of preventing combat. The Mecarr are capable of 'teleporting' (energy / technology based) and keeping track of everything they hear and see. You might find Meccar everywhere, but the chances are you would not recognise one. Mecar are reclusive and secret. They do not directly participate in what they see as mortal affairs (exceptions are rare). They are masters of survival, capable of full invisibility, highly combat capable and capable of highly complex reasoning.
