Background
Teeka was born into a goblin clan that was oppressed and discriminated against. She befriended a tabaxi child, Barlo, and the two became inseparable. When Teeka reached adulthood, she saw the discrimination against goblinoids and wanted to end it. She joined a growing clan and has been undercover ever since, working towards her goal of ending the discriminationAppearance

These were later stolen by Joshua, a smuggler. Barlo desperately wants to find him.
Teeka was a childhood friend of Barlo's. The party met her and learned how she is a spy working in the Bloodhands.
