Background

Neyer was once a lowly rogue, eking out a living in the back alleys of a major port city. After a series of grand adventures, he became a powerful pirate captain, commanding a fearsome vessel named the Dreadwind. He has since plundered countless ships and amassed a large fortune, but his past remains a mystery

Appearance

Neyer was a small, swarthy gnome standing about three feet high. He has a long, tangled black mane that falls to his shoulders and was often adorned with a variety of colorful beads and trinkets. His clothing was just as wild, usually consisting of a bright yellow and blue striped shirt, a red and blue bandana, a wide leather belt with a large silver buckle, and a pair of knee-high boots with a large gold buckle. He has a long curved saber at his side and a mischievous glint in his eye
