Know those present and future that I, Blossom Freetide of Outding Refuge have sold, enfeoffed and by this our present charter confirmed to the Party Menagerie (Barlo, Bastion Bladesinger, Sas W.T. Rayce, and Shadow in the Snow) the House of our heritage that is at 66 White Walk Way.
To have and to hold the aforesaid property and all its appurtenances to the aforesaid party, their heirs and assigns. In testimony of which matter, to this our present charter we have affixed our mark. With these witnesses:
