Arcane Forge in Outding Refuge

Part of the The Salvation of Outding Refuge plotline is that there are these Arcane Forge sites around the globe. The stories state there are many of these hidden and they helped ancient cultures build very strong magical items and in bulk. Some of the stories also seem to speak about how they helped in the situation with the Dragon That Slumbers.

Currently The Mighty Menagerie have helped secure the Arcane Forge in Outding Refuge and have heard rumors of one in Philander .
