Oasis Halflings

Finding an oasis in the deserts of Chikara and Kur can be impossible for those not in the know. For generations tribes of nomadic halflings have stuck to the shade and finding the relatively short lived oasis to live with for a time. moving every year or two as they dry up and move with the shifting sands.
