Southland Cartermen

The Southland Cartermen are deliverymen throughout Sudland. The cartermen are often employed to deliver water in Southport from The Reservoir to homes and businesses throughout the city. They can also be called on to deliver boxes, packages, and other goods all over Sudland. The cartermen are known for running an honest delivery business, but they occasionally run afoul of avaricious guards, gangs of thieves, highwaymen, and so on that want to inspect and/or purloin their deliveries.
