Your Name:

  Where you grew up:
Each ethnicity of Dragonborn have their own clan locations usually connected the Dragons they are descended from. White/Silver Dragonborn from the cold north, Blue/Bronze from stormy areas on coasts, Green/Black in swamps and forests. Wherever you originate from your clan probably has a permanent location that has been growing since your ancestors took their independence from the Dragons.
  Who are your parents:
You know your parents and likely have a very close connection to them. Dragonborn don't have many clutches, perhaps 1 or 2. Dragonborn parents work to bring each of the children to their highest potential and only want to see them succeed no matter their skillset.
  What is your status:
Being a young, recently independent, race there are not many Dragonborn in the highest communities in the continent. That being said certain clans have taken residence within cities and due to their natural charisma and leadership have garnered trust and respect from their neighbors.
  Why did you leave:
Wanderlust is not a typical trait for Dragonborn but they do feel a need to help their clans grow in any way they see fit. Whether it be taking on odd jobs throughout the countryside, becoming part of an army, or trying to make a legendary name for themselves through other adventures for the good of their people.

Innate Abilities

Breath Weapon:
You can use your action to exhale destructive energy. Your draconic ancestry determines the size, shape, and damage type of the exhalation. When you use your breath weapon, each creature in the area of the exhalation must make a saving throw, the type of which is determined by your draconic ancestry. The DC for this saving throw equals 8 + your Constitution modifier + your proficiency bonus. A creature takes 2d6 damage on a failed save, and half as much damage on a successful one. The damage increases to 3d6 at 6th level, 4d6 at 11th level, and 5d6 at 16th level. After you use your breath weapon, you can’t use it again until you complete a short or long rest.

You have resistance to the damage type associated with your draconic ancestry.
