Let There Be Light

Photomancy is a Minor Manifestation of Electromancy under the Elemental Class. It refers to an Empowered whose powers manifest as being able to manipulate light, being able to brighten or dim a source or create light from nothing.
This Manifestation was officially added to the Elemental Class in 1864 by Arthur Craddock and Doctor Moore, who had recorded multiple Empowered who were able to create light, but not manipulate electricity or fire.
Initially this Manifestation was under Pyromancy, but enough cases of Photomancers who did not have any other powers led to its separation into its own Minor Manifestation.
