Multiplication

Mirror Images

Multiplication is the second Minor Manifestation of Full Shapeshifting under the Corporeal Class. It refers to an Empowered whose powers manifest as being able to create temporary doubles of themselves that are genetically identical. These doubles can be created and dismissed at will, and are physical copies rather than illusions. An individual can create as many as four copies of themselves before they struggle to accurately maintain them.
The copies usually don't have a mind of their own, and often starve or dehydrate to death if their creator dies before they can be desummoned as they stand in place without orders. There has been few cases of copies replacing their creator, though these copies almost never accurately act as their creators do without input.
This Minor Manifestation was added under Full Shapeshifting in the 2000s by the Empowered Science Institute.
