Hydromancy

Turning Tides

Hydromancy is the first Major Manifestation of the Water Subclass. It refers to an Empowered whose powers manifest as being able to create or manipulate bodies of water or even moisture in the air. Generally they can manipulate the water in another fluid and not any additives or other substances, but some can manipulate a wide range of liquids as long as it has a fairly high water percentage and is not particularly viscous.
This Manifestation was officially added to the Elemental Class in the 1400s by Robert Stanton, who had recorded multiple Empowered who were able to manipulate water. Arthur Craddock and Doctor Moore further solidified it as a Manifestation in the 1800s.
