Hemomancy

Hemomancy is the second Major Manifestation of the Water Subclass. It refers to an Empowered whose powers manifest as being able to primarily manipulate blood, but some Hemomancers can manipulate other viscous fluids like tree sap. Hemomancers are incredibly rare and incredibly dangerous, and can easily cause irriversible damage or even death to another person with barely a lift of a finger.
This Manifestation was officially added to the Elemental Class in the 1862s by Doctor Moore, who had recorded multiple Empowered who were able to manipulate specifically blood and its contents. It was known a long time beforehand, though, originally being part of the Necromancy Subclass. Culturally and traditionally, many Necromancers still consider Hemomancers to be Necromancers.
