Order of Fundamentilism
The Order of Fundamentalism is the main religious sect that unwaveringly follows the doctrine of St Reine. Written by a follower it follows the the tale of her ascent into divinity and becoming the widely known good-queen. Broken up into several acts it is judicially upheld as a literal interpretation of her will. The last act is seen as the most important, detailing her return from the Celestial Vault where Gods souls reside when they 'die' and the eventual new era where everyone is a worshipper of St Reine. On the extremely rare occasion when a god dies (usually by the hands of another god) their soul is sent to the Celestial Vault where they regain their powers and return. They believe that after a her rule St Reine willingly entered the vault, abandoning her mortal flesh to become more in touch with her divinity, and will return into a fully fledged god instead of a demi-god. Along with her return order will follow as she is crowned the queen of Gods.
Due to her status as a demi god it is believed that her body will serve as a catalyst for her rebirth, and is considered sacred. A smaller deemed heretical sect believed that St Reine was actually a powerful sorcerer who found new ways of teaching that transcended the study of Mephitis. Both the scholars of Mephitis and especially the Order view them as dangerous zealots and tensions rose until the Order discovered that the other sect was harboring her preserved body which resulted in a huge religious war that brought in a dark age. The war ended when the body disappeared one day, though the scars of the war still remain as the sect had all but dissolved and the Order went through major leadership changes that brought about sentinels and war-like attributes.
