The First Ward is located Right under Precinct Two were they Azorius Senate guildhall and their bureaucratic offices are located. While they dont exist a main road leading to the surface they do exist a few pathways large enough for residential trafic usually restricted to official business.
First Ward, Precinct Two have The Deep Road going through it leading to First Ward, Precinct One and coming from The First Ward, Precinct Three.
