Reina was the owner of Serena, and a long-standing friend of Kiryu Kazuma and Akira Nishikiyama. She had a sexual relationship with Nishiki, and developed romantic feelings for him, but he did not return them.
After Kiryu's release from prison, she spied on him for Nishiki, but this eventually lead to her death when she tried to quit. She was murdered by Nishikiyama Family Captain, Shino Koji.
