The passing of the Dawnrest Trade Equitability Act of 681 led to serious discontent from the Merchant Lords Coalition. The massively powerful financial coalition launched a series of protests and minor uprising against the Stewardship of Iselyn Larethian. The Thalantir responded by request of the Steward to restore order and maintain peace.
