Rathien Darvain
Rathien was a shrewd Gnome merchant from Dawnrest, deeply involved in the city’s economic affairs. He shared Grace’s vision of a prosperous, trade-focused Dawnrest and played a major role in shaping the early policies of the Merchants’ Consortium.
