Known History
Not much is known about time before the fog. There are stories of gods creating the islands and mortals, the first age. Then the different races found each other, fought, were at peace, the second age. Then mortals fucked everything up and the gods abandoned the world. What followed was an age of rising fog, sunless lands, and ever-present death.
But the fog has gone and the gods returned to the world. Much of the world has been abandoned, consumed by death. Those of us who have survived live in the ruins of once great civilizations. A world where most put value in the sweat off their brow. A fantastic world fraught with fame, fortune, and frivolity, but only for those filled with fearless, often foolhardy, physical and phrenic fortitude.

Fortune Falls
A small port city with a nearby waterfall. Those who bathe in it are said to gain good fortune, as Saint Jo once bathed here after a glorious battle.
Selene's Apex
City of humans who paid tribute to the “winged ones” since they brought them knowledge (combat, art, lore). That is, until the Aarokocra attacked for no reason.
Raven Roost
Old dwarven outpost, now home to the Aarokocra.
Kabu
The great love of Aaka (orc lady) and Bubesh (dwarven love), ran away and founded city of misfits in the mountains.
