Balakotuvayi was once a flying GeoTech fortress but was damaged and grounded during the latest war. It has since expanded and blossomed into a cultural hub in the world. The best universities, theatres, restaurants, etc, can all be found here. While Ingald might preserve the most history, Balakotuvayi is where you can live it.
