Dietary Needs and Habits

As caretakers of the woods, they carefully and resourcefully live off the land, making sure to ensure balance. They live a lifestyle that straddles the line between hunter-gatherer and pastoralist, following, tending to, and occasionally guiding herds of elk, which provide most of the meat they eat as well as most of their clothing, shelter and tools.
Although some do farm, it's only to supplement their diets; most prefer a hunter-gatherer lifestyle. Their hunting grounds are usually spread out in a 20-mile (32-kilometer) radius from their clan homes. They eat small portions of meat with most meals, and reserve large roasts of meat for special celebrations.

Once you cast either spell, you can't cast it again with this trait until you finish a short or long rest. When you use this version of disguise self, you can seem up to 3 feet shorter than normal, allowing you to more easily blend in with humans and elves.
