Firbolg Magic. You can cast detect magic and disguise self with this trait, using Wisdom as your spellcasting ability for them. Once you cast either spell, you can't cast it again with this trait until you finish a short or long rest. When you use this version of disguise self, you can seem up to 3 feet shorter than normal, allowing you to more easily blend in with humans and elves.   Cavern Defenders. Most low mountain Firbolgs reside in grottos found inside deep mountainous caverns. These locations are sanctuaries and are not to be intruded upon. At 3rd level, you can cast the earth tremor spell requiring no components. You cannot cast this spell again in this way until you complete a long rest.   Mountain Guides. Low mountain Firbolgs are able to keep balance on the most uneven of terrain due to the unstable areas they call home. You have advantage on saving throws that would knock you prone.
