Founding of the Solstice Syndicate

Levi Aislin Power fled his life in Dark Syde and found himself in Camp Hope. He found that he was equally a no one here as he had been in the Dark Syde, but at least at Camp Hope he had the ability to choose for himself. He began to build an organization that helped him establish a base of power within the camp. Given the overly strict religious control of the camp, his efforts were readily accepted by a portion of those living in the camp; those looking for their own freedom.
