Conclave

The Conclave is the central governmental building in Necroplois. This is where the Necromancers convene for all matters of state. The Litch Lord and the Death knights are the primary decision makers within the settlement with the final say on all decisions falling soley to the Litch Lord.

Purpose / Function

This building serves as the hall of justice for Necropolis. Additionally all census and legal records are kept within the building.

Defenses

Given that those who work within the building are of the Necromancers faction, the employees are generally considered the building's primary defense. There are also the mundane measures of having locks and guards, but those who wield the Dark and the authority to bring death are the means with which trespassers are deterred.

History

The building was converted to a legal building after the settlement was established and the need for legal records became pressing.

Tourism

Only those who serve the Necromancer faction or who are standing trial ever enter this building. Most hope that they never seen the inside of this place as most who stand trial here are met with severe sentences, often becoming fodder for the Union Cannon for a term of punishment. A sentence that most don't survive.
