The Mafdet
Basic Information
Anatomy
About the size of servals. They look like a normal cat except for their tail. About halfway down it splits into 3 separate tails. Every Mafdet has lapis lazuli blue eyes and nose. They all have the same markings on the face and stripes in the ears.
Genetics and Reproduction
The only way that mafdet comes into existence is through Anubis. He will delicately carve the skull, gather the sand, and then craft the body. The last ingredient is the loyal and willing soul of a past Anubian.
Growth Rate & Stages
There is a learning period for the soul to get used to its new vessel but it's a short process.
Dietary Needs and Habits
None they do not need to eat, drink, or breathe.
Behaviour
The Mafdet's single purpose is to protect and serve Anubis.

Facial characteristics
The inside of their ears has 5 stripes. alternating between 2 different colors each stripe. On their forehead is a symbol of the ankh. They have 2 stripes above their eyes leading into the ears.
Average Intelligence
High, they are able to accomplish any task Anubis gives them. Usually working together to make up for their height deficiency. They can also hold up lengthy conversations, often being Anubis' sole companions.
Perception and Sensory Capabilities
Their blue eyes can pierce through the thickest sandstorm and the darkest night. They are incredibly agile, fast, and resilient. Because of this mafdet are incredibly difficult to kill. The only way to make sure they stay dead is by crushing the lapis skull they leave behind.
