Gnomish/Halfling Pantheon

Specific to Gnomes, an older pantheon than the shared pantheon with Elves. Most often practiced in the Gnomish Free State, and other places consider it a bit archaic.
Characterized by gods that are more whimsical and flighty. Great boons or great punishments could come down from on high.
