Small Room:

-on the desk is an almost finished mechanical butterfly, encrusted with glittering blue chrystals.
-In the shelves are plans for butterflies flying out of the mouth of a dragon
-in the crates are Ethirium Chrystals

Big Room:

-long work table in the middle, pushed to one end, old steam engine projects
-writing desk with plans of a gun, with many little barrels, set on a wagon type construction, piece of pater with safe number: 7859

-better lit from windows
-dusty and empty
-Pillars still give 3/4 cover

Hallway:
-crates and boxes
-behind the crates is a wall, that is an illusion, that hides a door, that leads to the cubby whole where Leonora Dahvinik is hidden, gagged and bound. The illusian is magical and you can feel it by detect magic. You can dispell it. Once you kill the mage, the illusion vanishes.
Office:
-very luxurious, compared to rest of the warehouse. Wooden pannelled walls, big oak desk, calendabra, thick carpet (trap door! Button underneath desk)
-safe: hard Lockpick or number from desk downstairs. Inside: 5 potions of superior healing (8d4+8)
Loading Platform:
-big doors into warehouse, unlocked
-ladder up to roof

Roof:
-close to the riverside, crane for unloading ships.
