The Chrystal Phial
An Alchemy shop in the Mall, the main shopping street in New Town.
The inside is all sparkling white marble and glass. Heavily decorated glass vials are displayed on pedestals around the room. The atmosphere is quiet and everyone speaks in a hushed voice.
It is run by Larissa Wilkins, a pretty young human woman in her early 20. Her blond hair is put back in a severe bun and she is wearing an eyeglass. There is no browsing in that shop. You have to ask for a potion and it is made to order in a restricted area behind some frosted glas. Occasionally one can see coloured flames Shopassistants are all female and wear long black dresses with prim little white collars.

It sells all manners of potions, draughts, and poisons.
