He had always been particularly smart, but being born in the Warren, his intelligence did not help him much. However, he had a knack for befriending stronger boys or girls and get protection that way. In return, he helped them with his intellect and was very loyal. He joined the Red Sun as a young man and moved up through the ranks quickly. He really has never been a fighter, but was always more the Finance or Strategy guy.
When the Scarlet Rose came into power 5 years ago, he was very pleased. She seemed to be less brutal than the former boss, who died of a very sudden illness. But soon he started to dislike the way the Red Sun was going. Scarlet Rose turned out even more psychotic than the old boss. Every perceived slight had to be doubly payed back. And now she has started to kill their own clients. Her obsession with experimenting with apparatuses does not sit well with him either and especially since she has started experimenting on the girls, he has become very unhappy. Beating up a prostitute who is not towing the line, hurting a client who is not willing to pay his debt or even killing rival gang members etc., does not bother Lucan. However, he strongly dislikes unnecessary violence and he certainly abhors wasting human resources or money. It is not good for the Red Sun.
When he is left alive, but delivered to the authorities, he will spill all his knowledge to W. and perhaps even start working for him. The Red Sun dissolves, but the gang wars are not going to be quite so severe.
When he is killed, a gang war breaks out, the other sub-bosses fighting for leadership, other gangs getting involved. The Warren will be the battlefield of this war and become quite unsafe.
When he is let go, he will take over the Red Sun. He will rule it quite discreetly, but will make it more powerful than ever before. The Red Sun will become a criminal empire.
A slim man of medium height with black eyes and black hair, gelled back. He would seem quite unassuming, were it not for the four Troll bodyguards accompanying him everywhere he goes.
